Hiraya Town and the surrounding communities of Gazaki Prefecture is a federation of land owners who share the same goals!
To protect Route 45, the only true road crossing between Routes 4 & 5.
To embellish Heterocera and promote the use of roads, pods and railways.

Hiraya is divided into several areas that have their own distinct feel. We work with each other to achieve our vision of a thriving town on the eastern shore of Heterocera.
